So if they end up getting to September, the polls say Hillary wins and the


Senate confirms Garland, will this have been a brilliant negotiating ploy or still slimy?

And just to be clear, I still think it's slimy. Both sides have completely lost any sense of principle. I have said that Reps and Dems have become like the Palestinians and Israelis an out of control cycle of retaliation with arguments about who started it but no end in sight and not really any hope of an end coming within sight. And by the way, that's one of the big reasons I am a Kasich fan. I think Hillary would fall right into the cycle. I am hopeful that Kasich would at least attempt to cool the rhetoric
