It’s not. But I think China is going to have its

hands full managing the societal and economic disruption to their own country from their reverse population bomb in the coming years. Not sure they’d want to throw a “cold” (or god forbid “hot”) military conflict with the US into the mix. And I think the threat from them economically is overstated… just like everyone predicted Japan would take over the world economically in the 1980s.
