You are just making an unsupported claim -- and you chose to enter this thread, by the way -- that she was overturned by the 11th because of bias toward Trump. You provided zero evidence and have refused to answer my questions about what the special master was going to do. If you want to start a debate, then you need to put forth an actual argument, not just toss out a ridiculous and unsubtstantiated charge.

Since you refuse to answer my question for the obvious reason that it undercuts your case, the special master -- a former FISA court judge with the highest level of security clearance -- was appointed so that the court would have some way of knowing and cataloguing which material the DoJ seized from Trump's residence during its illegal search, over 99%+ of which we have subsequently learned were Trump's personal belongings -- including his passport and medical records.

Cannon's order wasn't reversed because it showed bias toward Trump. It was reversed because the appeals court ruled that an investigation was still ongoing, and the lower court had no power to suspend it pending review to ensure that Trump's rights weren't violated (they were) regardless of how "extraordinary" (i.e., corrupt) it might be. Fair enough, but it has nothing to do with bias. The end result is that 1) Cannon was right to have ordered the special master, as the DoJ clearly seized massive amounts of records unrelated to the case, and 2) Biden's DoJ got to sift through reams of its political opponent's seized personal files exactly as would occur in a corrupt Third World country and, tellingly, with your complete approval.
