Total number of employed today is 161.5M, which, by the way, is up only 600k (50k per month) from a year ago despite all the allegedly stellar job growth reported. By way of contrast, from Feb 2019 to Feb 2020, total employed grew by 1.9M, or 3x the growth over the past 12 months. That's what the Trump economy was doing before the COVIDians destroyed it.
Total number of employed in Feb 2020 right before COVID was 158.8M, meaning we have seen total employment grow by around 0.4% per year since then.
