Lupos, what’s questionable about any of the numbers cited in these threads?
You don’t believe inflation overall moderated from around 9% to 3% or a bit lower? You don’t believe unemployment sits well below 4%, wages are up, and American GDP growth has been more than double the rest of the developed world’s? Just curious which numbers you find questionable and why.
Or does questionable just mean: doesn’t match my preferred political narrative. It is equally undeniable that voter sentiments don’t reflect those positive economic numbers, and that will impact how people vote in November. So…why do you feel this need to impeach the stats? You have no basis for that. And…there’s no reason for you to try. If you’re rooting for a trump win, all you need is for the disconnect to continue. Not guaranteed, but it sure might.
