Sorry, but anyone with a grain of street smarts who was alive in the 80’s
Knew his answers about the yearbook stuff were deliberately false. He flat out lied. Boof does not mean “fart” on any planet. It means consuming drugs or alcohol through your butthole — this was definitely a bunch of misogynistic, sex-crazed (probably a bit rapey) 80’s boys (I mean that was kinda the norm back then, tbh … just watch any 80’s movie about teenagers and you can see exactly what they were modeling) yukking it up with the greatest hits of their inside jokes in a yearbook. Reference to chick who got around (the alumni club) “have you boofed yet?” (Again, would someone ask if you have farted yet in a yearbook?), FFFF (a friend’s speech impediment, really??), and so on. It was dumb, crude, frat boy shit and I’m not going to claim my buddies and I didn’t say a lot of the same off the wall, awful shit. Teenage boys do that — there’s always the easy chick everyone in the crew had a go with, references to booze and parties and debauchery. WGAF? My only issue w most of it was he didn’t have the character to just admit he was a pig when he was a high school kid. He flat out lied, really about every sentence he was asked about. And only a complete fool would believe him, tbh. The “Devil’s Triangle” thing was the only one that even seemed possible not to have been complete bullshit.
Personally expect a little more reverence for the law from a SCOTUS justice.
