I don’t hate that they’re trying, but I’d imagine the

requirement to live in the house for 5 years is going to make it a tough sell. Anyone with $90k lying around to do a renovation probably isn’t going to want to live in an area plagued by urban blight and other vacant homes. The article also references developers…. So not sure how the “live in the home for 5 years” requirement would work. I guess that’s just to get the $1 deal, and the $3k developer deal doesn’t have that requirement.
