This election is so neck and neck, anything could be the fatal thumb on the scale. Dem turnout might be the biggest issue - and I doubt any of them stay home because of judgements against trump. Turnout of Trump’s base is probably what it is, but stories of property seizures certainly won’t hurt. Are there some Haley voters in critical states who’d have otherwise stayed home? Maybe even voted Biden? Certainly possible.

The law’s the law, but politically, this can only thumb the scales for Trump imo, if only a little. A little could be all it takes. But…I’d say odds that this winds up being the scale-tipper are probably not that high. Because there are so many possibilities, largely not in view yet.
