...hiding discovery from both the court and the defense throughout the entirety of this fake prosecution, and he's hiding things because he has no case, and he knows it.

The case can't be tried -- at least in any fair proceeding -- due to the very dilemma that Cannon identifies, and thus is going nowhere. Trump would win on any number of grounds -- PRA, selective prosecution, Article II powers, lack of evidence or crime, illegal search warrant, etc. -- and the prosecution's unwillingness actually to present evidence (LOLOLOLOLOL) is just one such reason.
