Above the law?

I don’t think presidents are ever above the law. And I think his statement that every president will be indicted is nonsense - he’s the first ever to be indicted. Because of crimes he’s alleged to have committed, not policies some don’t like - the only questions should be (1) did he do what’s alleged? and (2) if so is it against the law?

Presidents are not free to break the law in their official or personal capacities, before, during, or after their terms. Any other finding by the SC would be absolutely insane.
