life begins at conception they are as well. You also can see where she even goes on to explain further and why:

“I mean, I had artificial insemination,” Haley said. “That’s how I had my son. So when you look at you know, one thing is to have to save sperm or to save eggs. But when you talk about an embryo you are talking about to me, that’s a life, and so I do see where that’s coming from when they talk about that.”

What you don't see is her saying she believes that should be prohibited by law. She's said exactly the opposite actually. I could even see her saying that is what you get when it's left to the states, because she's said in that scenario she respects whatever the states decide, whether it's this, or whether it's a state like NY that decides "anywhere, anytime for any reason". I don't agree with states that decide that, I wouldn't vote for anyone that pushes for that, and think it's just a matter of time before such extreme pro-life decisions get reversed.
