Roll back regulations, etc. Could argue whether those are positive for the country, but that's what about half of country wanted. So without his poor handling of Covid (which is mostly a communication issue, the actual policy was probably about average), I rate his presidency as about average. But the power grab and sowing distrust to government and the election process is unforgivable sins for a president of a democracy.
