Legislatures have final say over the conduct of and laws which govern elections. When the judicial and/or executive branches unconstitutionally usurp that power by unilaterally changing, voiding, violating or ignoring election law, the legislature is going to step in and reassert its rightful power. That's what's happening here, along with some additional, fantastic snark directed at the Dems who have violated the Constitution and disenfranchised voters in both Maine and Colorado. (So, so weird that you're not outraged by those actions.)

As an aside, both your post and the article are factually wrong. It does not declare Trump the winner.
