Preferences related to donors are a small, small drop in the bucket.

Discussed in a thread on the corner, but it seems to take an 8 figure donation to move the needle on an otherwise borderline or less than qualified applicant. Not too many people capable of doing that.

I don’t think it will have much of an impact on donations. Most schools are going this route.
