Yes, people wield the racist label like a cudgel. There are those wielding it against pro-Palestinian protestors now - not all, or even most, of that is anti-Semitic, but many are painting it so. But when people amplify Hamas calls to kill Jews, that is indeed antisemitic.

When musk amplifies messages about the innate unintelligence of black college grads, he’s most definitely being a bigot. He’s not “responding”. He’s intentionally forwarding to many millions of people. What do you call that if not racism?
