Isn’t it amazing that the Constitution was almost out of sight out of mind


up until about 7 years ago? I’m not saying that there weren’t matters from time to time that required a constitutional review. But in the last several years that document has become a daily topic in our public life and we are constantly told of unique provisions which aren’t actually to be seen in the text itself. Curiouser all the time.
