Virginia General Assembly will have a say in N.VA arena deal (link)

For those of you not from the 757 and not for familiar with Louise Lucus. She is the new Chair of the Senate Finance Committee and she’s not about to sign off on an arena for N. Va unless she gets some money for toll relief for the Downtown and Midtown tunnels that connect Portsmouth to Norfolk. So for those of you not familiar with Portsmouth, prepare to be entertained.
