First off, it's Jack Smith, not Davis. Second, NARA is not...

...the superior of the POTUS. The POTUS has unlimited authority on whether something is classified, and, further, he makes the decision on what records he is allowed to keep upon leaving office. You can read the Clinton "socks drawer" case for a full explication of these legal matters.

Third, you have no idea what NARA said or didn't say or did or didn't do and ditto for the Trump team with respect to these disputed docs, nor do you have any idea what the docs in question are because you have not seen them. All you have is the word of Jack Smith, a known corrupt and lying prosecutor who at this very moment is violating both a court order and Trump's rights in his quest to get Trump at any cost. There is a criminal here, and it ain't Trump.
