We normally travel for Thanksgiving (vacation travel... not to be with

family for thanksgiving dinner) so Thanksgiving dinners are a rarity for us. I actually don't like turkey at all, other than I guess the good memories it brings back from the thanksgivings of my childhood. We're unable to travel this year so we're having thanksgiving dinner with some friends and I was thrilled to learn that the menu consists of wood fired oven rotisserie chicken, steak, and Argentinian chorizo... and no turkey. Although I guess there is a part of me is a little sad that the rare thanksgiving dinner we have will be turkey-less.

I have heard that turkeys are crazy cheap this year though.
