The one thing in your favor, is that as GOP candidates drop out, it’s

Unlikely many will drift into the Trump camp. So those one or two can hang in there until the convention only need to bleed a little bit away from Trump to make things interesting there.
She could become a compromise winner at the convention in the right scenario. The problem is, I don’t think much of trumps Hardcore base will support her in the general election. I think they would support Trump as a third party candidate first, and for a substantial number stay home second.
Unless she completely sells out and promises to pardon Trump of any, and all crimes committed, and gets him to endorse her because he sees her as his only chance to avoid prison
