I think the problem is nobody but hardcore political heads listen to him

And the ones on the right who are that way either love it or convince themselves nothing can be as bad as a Democrat winning any election. The rest of the country who might be inclined to vote for him again I’m convinced don’t really pay close enough attention to understand how insane it all is. They think he’s within a standard deviation of every other politician that’s come before him. At least that’s how I manage to rationalize it all.
