It can get cold as hell and then chinook winds can warm it up in hours.


I was visiting from Charlottesville for Christmas and it around 10-11F with snow everywhere. Dad told me that in the hours after I left, the chinooks warmed it to 65F and melted everything.

They lived pretty close to Hanford High themselves. Enterprise Dr, near Leslie Groves Park. Dad worked for a Hanford contractor several years.
