It sounds like they intended for the ruling to have a relatively restricted

scope. But as I said below, it’s certainly seems very subject to scope increase.
I think an independent contractor should have the right to work for whoever they want. I think they should obey the laws of the land but I don’t know how you affectively monitor it at that level other than by word-of-mouth
