I don't know how I feel about legislatures banning stuff,
kind of lean in the direction that is ok though because the institutions we'd normally trust here are so out of step and weird, and I don't trust the APA or American medical system on this. Have more thoughts about it but that's as far as I'd go as confident in my personal opinion rn. What I really don't like and is a big red flag imo is the insistence of the Biden admin there's "no debate" about youth transgenderism care and medicalization.
Dude here is Manhattan Institute person and v conservative but I read this a few months ago, want to see a rebuttal at the same speed where people can understand if the current path is right. Irksome to me the current people in charge won't publicly recognize any disagreement exists. There's this issue itself but it compromises credibility big time, have my beefs with credibility around tangential issues through personal experiences, but the way it is currently in the US is off beat imo.
