It tells the story of a number of young women who were raped and when they reported the rape to the police, they were brought in and interviewed, then lied to by the detective saying that they have video recordings showing that the woman was lying when they had no such videos. They would then pressure the young woman to say she was not telling the truth, and then handcuff her and charge her. This way, they could close the rape report. One detective was interviewed who said sure, we lie to people we're interviewing every day. (Most LE officers in these stories refused to be interviewed.) A couple of the cases investigated were in Tuscaloosa, AL where one young woman committed suicide after her rape and encounter with the police who treated her as a criminal.

One of the cases happened in Abington VA where a young woman was pulled over by someone who was apparently a cop. She was given the same treatment.

Anyone with young daughters or granddaughters might want to watch this so they can be better informed in case they should ever be a victim of sexual assault.

(Yes, we all know the Jackie story and that there are events like that too.)
