I'm going to agree. Tucker thought he was bigger than Rupert ...

remember what he texted to Hannity and Ingraham. He thought they controlled Fox News. That could not have gone well in the Murdoch household.

I actually heard Lachlan wasn't a big fan of Tucker. However, he got ratings so he tolerated his bigotry that chased off advertisers. He and his father gave News Fox Primetime rope. I suspect the breaking point was the $787.5mn settlement and Tucker's arrogance towards the Murdochs.

Racism wasn't what Tucker got fired ... it was his arrogance and detriment to the Murdoch's bank account. That said, I bet Tucker said some terrible things about Abby Grossberg ... which will probably cost the Murdoch's more in a settlement.

Tucker's a bad dude. You become what you pretend to be.
