First off, it is 1A-protected speech. Second, it is EXACTLY what a candidate who believes the election was corrupted should do, as Trump — with good reason — obviously did. By the way, it is exactly what Gore’s team did, for example, in demanding Democrat officials count ballots differently in three Democrat counties in 2000.

The rest of your post is irrelevant as it states no crime nor how Trump allegedly committed one. Asking an elections official to examine and address illegal ballots is not depriving anyone of anything.

Your last comment about the 11,780 votes is just you pretending not to know things, and I’m not gonna play along with that. Trump’s obvious point was that there were several hundred thousand illegal ballots cast, so finding enough to erase Biden’s 11,780-ballot “lead” should be child’s play. That’s true regardless of how stupid you pretend to be.
