All Trump was asking Raffensperger to do was acknowledge that the number of illegally cast ballots exceeded the margin of victory. Given that Raffensperger was one of the Georgia officials most culpable for its clusterfuck, he was understandably reluctant to accede to Trump's request, as it would have exposed him as a buffoon. Not a good look for someone with political aspirations.

Trump's words about the "11,780 votes" are being twisted by simpletons and the TDS-afflicted to mean something else, but these are the same people who have hallucinated that Trump called nazis "fine people", called soldiers "losers and suckers" and told people to inject bleach. Best to ignore and hope they heal over time. Good luck on your road to recovery, Blah."
