* Georgia has a state law against “criminal solicitation to commit election fraud.” That law makes it illegal for a person to intentionally solicit, request, command or otherwise attempt to cause another person to engage in election fraud.

* A separate federal law makes it illegal to attempt to “deprive or defraud” people of a “fair and impartially conducted election process.”

Trump told Raffensperger: “We won the election and it’s not fair to take it away from us like this, and it’s going to be very costly in many ways. I think you have to say that you’re going to re-examine it.”

Trump also suggested that Raffensperger could face consequences if he did not state publicly that there were thousands of shredded ballots, as the president seized on an unfounded election fraud allegation. “That’s a criminal offense,” Trump said. “And you can’t let that happen.”

Most importantly, Trump demanded to find 11,780 votes. Just enough to put him ahead of Biden. This indicates Trump was trying to change the election’s outcome and threatening Raffensperger if he did not help. The only way in which the president did not commit felonies under both Georgia and federal law is if he sincerely believes there are 11,780 legitimate Trump votes that have not yet been counted, despite three different recounts. That 11,780 number showed Trump's true intent.
