admitted the Fox News commentators endorsed false election voting lies. He specifically mentioned Hannity, Pirro, Maria, and Dobbs.

The standard to prove defamation is extremely high. That said, you have no clue of the legal definition of "actual malice." Educate yourself for once. You're embarrassing.

FOX News might be able to convince the jury to their side (anything could happen in a trial) ... but make no mistake, they have serious legal exposure after the memos and depositions.
