Even after spending two hours reading the internet and trying to learn the

subject he stumbled into, still clueless. You aren’t though — that is spot on accurate. It’s hard to unwind a thorough and already once revised CBA and redo a rule…especially when the delta was so large the last time around.

Would also note an LOL at the hobbit somehow thinking Norfolk Southern was the one that did the cost-benefit analysis …..what a dope.

And, of course, let’s also not forgot who kicked this thread off with a great big dud of an attempted “gotcha.”
