Do you get mad or frustrated when you hear other lawyers in court make
statements that you know to be demonstrably, factually false? Seriously, if you are a credible member of the bar and it sounds like you work in some tough areas --- doesn't that really upset you? What do you think about such lawyers?
You are saying something that is scientifically and factually false when you say Pfizer developed a vaccine that has not been proven effective and with full and transparent disclosure about every aspect of the product that can be tested and observed ---- that has also been vetted by the most credible experts we have in the world. If you want to argue about how we should handle this vaccine and others as a matter of public health policy given all of the dynamic factors -- different discussion. But suggesting that the product itself simply "didn't work" -- so it has only been essentially an ineffective and potentially risky placebo -- you are factually wrong.
