redistricted state in over a decade. Every single - every other year - has been ruled unconstitutional. However, every time, the GQP has managed enough appeals, that the courts keep saying - Well this is unconstitutional, but there isn't time. So this one election will be held with the unconstitutional districts and we will correct that the next election.

It has now been twelve years of unconstitutional elections her in NC. We currently have constitutional amendments passed by unconstitutional legislatures.

The amendments - needless to say - are hung up in court where they have been ruled unconstitutional and are being appealed.

BTW one of the five NC SC justices is the son of the GQP Senate leader Hoo passed the unconstitutional amendments. The son has refuse to recuse himself and will rule in his father's favor.

NC is a banana republic. And has been since 2010.
