But you have to love dopes like this that create random metrics to hide behind like “efficiency gap”. For example CA, Rs got 36% of vote but only claimed 26% of the seats. That lead to an “efficiency gap” of just 0.4 for democrats. Compare that to say Maine where the vote was like damn near down the middle and the seats were split evenly. Somehow that transplanted to republican favored gap of 3.9%. This analysis was garbage in 2017 and still is
