Unfortunately it is mine. South Wake is heavily Democratic, so we are mixed in with two heavily rural counties. A respected lawyer is running against a Hitler youth, Hoo until a couple of weeks ago lived in a hundred miles away.

As the GQP said publicly, "We don't want blacks to vote because blacks tend to vote Democratic. It is not that we are racists. We just don't want blacks to vote." (Court filings).
