Hoodah if he knew it would involve his wife

and I am not sure at this point an ironclad case can be made that he did, but if he did, he would have to recuse himself, right? They (Roberts, etc.) wouldn't know to look at it before the case - how would they? It may have been CT's knowledge only. I don't think there is much here, unless it can be proven that he both knew of the potential conflict and then intentionally did not recuse himself.
