Nooooo! He issued a meaningless dissent in an 8-1 decision. Assuming he

even knew it would directly involve his wife, and his dissent can be shown to be an attempt to protect her rather than how he interpreted the law, wouldn't this be an issue for Roberts and the court to address if it indeed merited his recusal? Wouldn't that need to recuse have been looked at by the court before his hearing the case?

If it's OK, I'll wait for someone slightly less partisan than folks like Ilhan to determine if that recusal was even warranted.
