It's a question. Isn't there a mechanism for him to consult if he should

recuse himself? There certainly is for other folks in Gov't. So why are we assuming he didn't do that? And if his lack of recusal is so "egregious", even in hindsight, why haven't we seen any comment from Roberts and the court to that effect?

You could address those questions. Or just stick to the Balzian method of posting.
