Of course it will be different. Only the most dim witted think they are the


same. They do share some similarities, such as unjustified territorial claims, but the economic situations are night and day.

That being said, it is refreshing to have a President standing up for what is right in Ukraine, rather than factoring in future hotel deals into our foreign policy, don't you think?

When it comes to China/Taiwan, I hope we have the same international determination to stand up to China, but the President will have to deal with different economic realities. Hopefully it is someone like Biden who will make those decisions.
