you suggesting we didn't throw exchange plans into their own pools, rather than combine them with the pools for private insurance customers under the same insurance company, thus creating the "death spirals" when the young and healthy opted to go without health insurance? Are you suggesting we don't allow insurance plans in an area but not require them to offer an exchange plan in that same area leading to areas with one or even no exchange options to minimize competition for those in that exchange pool?

And before you "move the goal posts" to blah, blah, blah about Single Payer, a) I'm already resigned to that becoming the way it is, not because it's the best option, but because it's the only remaining viable option. And b) we've spent plenty of time discussing the pros and cons of Medicaid for All, despite the left's desire to be disingenuous about what it would really mean.
