I'd be calling for, like the district court and the appeals court actually

did, for new lines to be drawn. They applied the law. Don't make excuses for the state legislature.

One more thing; since the Court declined to hear the case, the appeals court decision should stand. Their reasons for taking a pass are disingenuous at best.
