The vaccines reduce the probability of infection, as well as the duration


of infection, and the symptoms such as cough that more readily spread the virus into the air, all of which reduce viral shedding and the ability to contaminate others. So, yes, a vaccinated individual is less likely to spread the virus to someone else.
