Burn out from taking care of sick people, covid or no covid. High

acuity patients, short staff and crazy ass assignments with expectations make health care exhausting to a point of walking away from years of being a caregiver. Someone has to take care of the patients and money is becoming less of a carrot than it was this time last year. Burn out is real.
