A message sent around by a friend in hospital administration

Hi everyone. A couple of years ago we had a huge crisis in covid admissions to our hospitals and our community was terrified. Tomorrow I’m confident we will exceed the highest number of Covid admissions we saw then. Please thank and love every single hospital worker you know.

Our teams are tired. There are no breaks and the worst is coming. We know more, we are resilient, and our front line teams are amazing.

You can all help:
- Please just mask in public!
- Please do not come to our EDs for testing or mild symptoms - contact testing centers
- Emergency room - the definition says it all. Toe injury can wait friends!
- Donate Blood!!!!
