The only thing I've ever mentioned is the admitted and proven violations of multiple election laws in multiple states, violations which paved the way for potential election fraud. All of that combined with the closeness of the election would justify any candidate questioning the results and refusing to concede -- there is simply no way to know who actually won given the facts on the ground.

Your final paragraph is nonsense. Trump incited no insurrection, and there was no insurrection. We know these facts to be true based on your own logic around election illegality and fraud -- i.e., no court has found either to have occurred, so therefore they didn't occur. The same must be true regarding an insurrection. His pursuit of all Constitutional arguments to challenge the election results was completely justified, as would any candidate's similar effort, but was especially so given the unique circumstances of this particular election.
