I am still ok with this for both guys. These elections were close, and

They want to at least see if the gap winds up being close enough to request a recount.

Once all votes are counted, and any recounts performed, and the results certified by the state, then time’s up, and they both need to concede.

Everyone regardless of political affiliation should be patient about close elections, which are becoming increasingly common. And should be completely intolerant of any losing candidate’s refusal to concede once the dust settles, because it really is nothing more than intensifying open season on our elections with absolutely no basis whatsoever.

Our country will not survive this baseless destruction of public faith in our elections, which are in reality the world’s gold standard.
