I thought the more progressive candidate won Boston mayor? But yeah, D was

not motivated as much in this election. And at least in VA, just blindly trying to tie GOP candidates to Trump has shown to be not a winning strategy. As I mentioned before, I hope Youngkin provides GOP elsewhere to show how to win without embracing Trump. I would consider this a good result if it weaken's Trump's hold on GOP. And this might not be a bad thing for D, as they get to modify their stance moving forward to the more important 22 election.
