Not rushing one of the biggest changes in government policy without the CBO fully weighing in. Spending a month or two evaluating each and every component both in terms of fully baking in costs and benefits of each proposal on its own merits...not just as one large sausage fest that most people don't fully recognize.

I am all for climate protection legislation (and for a carbon tax). But it would be nice to know what the individual components are....light rail works well in some places. Where I live it has been a waste so far. That may change.

Lastly, recognize that Sanders and Warren ran for the presidency and the most moderate candidate won. Ds rejected the most progressive alternatives. Clearly the majority doesn't favor those positions either...last night was pretty conclusive in that respect.
