It seems like a reasoned response … he is still asking for voluntary

Compliance and simply said that given the flimsy science backing it that they can’t devote resources to enforcement. I agree with this take … at this point the vaccine is widely available, and if folks decide not to take it that’s on them.

I suspect that many businesses will enforce it on their own - particularly those subject to county health dept like restaurants - and other businesses (and their customers) will ignore it.
