Context such as:

1. How often do owners of commercial real estate have positive operating cash flow (NOI/EBITDA) while showing net operating losses at the bottom line after including expenses such as D&A, interest expenses, or tax credit offsets?
2. Why do they lump 8 years of net operating losses from golf courses and a hotel (likely individual LLCs, not even s-corps) with the Trump corporation that treats operating losses completely different?
3. Why do they compare 2 office properties (separate asset class) owned by VRT to golf resorts or hotels? It would be more relevant to compare how his office properties performed against competitors.
4. Is it out of the ordinary for commercial real estate owners to be highly leveraged on their properties?
5. Is it that big of a concern to have millions of dollars of asset backed loans to be due over the next few years?
6. Is the consulting fee/"charitable donation" to Ivanka illegal, or was it done through the proper channels?
7. Are make-up/haircutting expenses usually not treated as business expenses for media personalities?
8. Did his foreign properties actually see a significant increases year over year after becoming president? No context was provided to what Mar-a-Lago and his foreign assets were making before or the % increases in revenue - only what they collecting after he became POTUS.

I think there is plenty more to go after Trump than seeing some of his worst investments and legally deferring or limiting his taxes (while probably being wholly advised to do this by his CPAs and tax attorneys).
